Grace Violi

Grace’s journey in the world of hairstyling began in Ohio, where she honed her skills at the prestigious Aveda cosmetology school. With dedication and passion, she spent several years cultivating her career in her hometown, establishing a strong foundation in the beauty industry.

Approximately nine years ago, Grace embarked on a fresh chapter in the DMV area. Settling in Alexandria, she dedicated herself to building a loyal clientele and working towards her dream of owning and operating a salon.

Having fallen in love with the charm of Old Town, Grace has found inspiration in the historic surroundings. Her commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in her passion for engaging with clients, ensuring they leave the salon not only looking their best but also feeling valued.

The aspiration to open her own salon has been a lifelong dream, stemming from her time in cosmetology school. Over the past decade, Grace has tirelessly worked towards turning this dream into reality. Now, with immense joy and fulfillment, she proudly presents her dream-come-true venture – a new salon nestled in the heart of Old Town Alexandria. Grace sincerely hopes that clients old and new will embrace and adore the unique experience offered at her salon!

Lydia Milliner

Lydia began her career in the Midwest with Aveda, where she honed expert customer service skills. In 2013, she moved to Germany, where she spent two years perfecting her craft. Missing the U.S., Lydia decided to move back, this time to the nation’s capital. Lydia has studied under some of the industry’s greats including NAHA (North American Hairdressing Award) winners Allen Ruiz, Geno Chapman, and Daniel Holtzberger. Known for her mid length and long haircuts, she utilizes texturizing and dry cutting to achieve flawless looks. Outside the salon Lydia enjoys spending time in nature and with her family.

Nicole Fulls

With over a decade of experience in the beauty industry, Nicole has mastered the art of hair color, specializing in vibrant hues and seamless hair painting techniques. Trained by some of the best in the industry, including L’Oreal-trained experts and renowned artists from 901, Nicole brings advanced balayage and hair painting skills to every appointment. To her, hair is more than just a style—it’s a canvas where creativity meets self-expression. Whether you’re looking for a bold transformation or a subtle enhancement, Nicole’s expert eye for detail ensures that every client leaves feeling confident and beautiful.

Beyond the chair, Nicole is deeply passionate about mental health and is currently pursuing her education in pre-counseling and therapy. As a hairstylist and a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), she understands the importance of creating a safe, comfortable space where clients can relax and feel truly seen.

At Revive Salon in Old Town, Nicole combines her love of art with her dedication to personal wellness, working with each client to achieve their unique vision.
